BACKGROUND
Axess Logistics is a Swedish transport company with hundreds of employees. We have been helping Axess Logistics with their recruitment advertising since 2018, where the focus has been primarily on reaching drivers. Most often, there are several positions that need to be filled, which means that we have to reach a large number of people with the right background and attract them to apply to Axess Logistics.
SOLUTION
Format
We have varied static images with moving material in the form of a slideshow. We have also used appealing visual material from Axess Logistics with the title in the image to quickly capture the interest of candidates and so that the recipients know what it is about at first glance.
Channels
Since the target group we want to reach in this case is not on LinkedIn but is primarily on Facebook and Instagram, we have placed all our focus there.

RESULT
More and more qualitative applications
The ads have been seen by a large number of people where we have consistently had a click-through rate well above average on Facebook and Instagram. This has led to Axess Logistics reaching more candidates, not only reaching actively job-seeking talent, but also those who already have a job today!
